Description
The AR Blue Clean 88 Series 8840 professional hot water high pressure washer is designed to deliver excellent results in sectors such as construction, agriculture, livestock farming, crafts, car wash and automotive.
Thanks to its ability to generate hot water, it is particularly effective at removing the most stubborn dirt, such as oil and grease, where traditional cleaning methods are often ineffective. Designed to meet the needs of professionals who frequently perform intensive cleaning tasks, it ensures excellent results when used with the professional accessories included.
Inside is a brass pump head with 3 ceramic axial pistons with connecting rod system equipped with an automatic by-pass valve with pump head pressure shut-off and a 3-phase induction motor with thermal protector.
To raise the water temperature up to a maximum of 110°C, the high pressure washer is equipped with a vertical stainless steel boiler with double heating coil, refractory cement base and a coil cooling function for the burner driven by an independent electric motor. The boiler is supplied directly from the 24-litre diesel fuel tank, with a drain plug.
The AR Blue Clean hot water high pressure washers are equipped with the most advanced safety systems, which ensure their correct operation and simplify the operator’s job:
- the safety pressure switch turns the boiler off if there is no water;
- the control panel has various indicator lights such as power, diesel fuel, flame, as well as the thermostat for regulating the water temperature;
- the water storage tank with inlet float switch ensures that the correct amount of water is always being supplied, thus preventing cavitation problems;
- leak detention printed circuit board with acoustic warning signal;
- delayed boiler shut-down circuit: after the gun trigger is released, the boiler flame is extinguished, but the burner fan continues to run for about 20 seconds in order to exhaust residual fumes and heat. If the trigger gun is pressed after this time, the flame restarts; otherwise the Total Stop System intervenes and everything stops.
The maximum pressure that the 8840 is capable of achieving is 180 bar and can be adjusted to suit your cleaning needs.
The built-in detergent suction system with 8-litre tank is ideal for extended work sessions.
The design of this professional high pressure washer features four rubber wheels and an ergonomic handle that ensure easy manoeuvrability even on rough terrain. It is also equipped with an inspectable water intake filter and diesel fuel filter.
The professional accessories included in the package, to be connected via a threaded brass connection, are:
- one 10 m steel-braided reinforced high pressure hose;
- one high pressure trigger gun with safety catch and metal core;
- one lance with a steel high/low pressure wash nozzle (56 cm) to be connected to the high pressure washer’s trigger gun via a threaded screw connection;
- one nozzle which must be fitted onto the end of the lance, for discharging the high pressure water.
This high pressure washer is equipped with Total Stop System Timed, a system particularly suited for situations where the high pressure washer is subject to multiple starts and stops. When the gun trigger is released, the machine goes into by-pass mode for 20 seconds and can be immediately restarted within this period of time. This leads to less wear and tear on the power unit and a lower consumption of electricity. After 20 seconds, the machine switches to Total Stop mode.
