49 Series 4900

Description

The AR Blue Clean 49 Series 4900 professional vacuum cleaner is dedicated to the collection of shavings from industrial metalworking processes, as well as wood and glass residues, lubricants and all mechanical production waste.

The stainless steel tank has capacity of 77 litres. Inside are three two-stage motors that generate considerable suction power.

The distinctive feature of this vacuum cleaner is its special filtering system, specifically designed for mechanical production residues and is composed of 3 filters:

• a high efficiency polyester cartridge filter;
• a sponge filter to protect the motor from liquids;
• a suction filter with large filtering surface area and barrier protection (Cyclone). This is a metal cone which acts as a barrier to the dirt being sucked in and causes it to settle towards the bottom of the vacuum cleaner, preventing it from reaching the motor. This accessory also prevents excessive foaming when water mixed with emulsifiable oil typical of mechanical machining is sucked in.

The AR Blue Clean 4900 has a tilting function for simple and efficient emptying of the tank. The sturdy metal handle, 2 stable, non-marking rubber tread rear wheels and 2 front castor wheels allow for easy manoeuvrability.

The tank is equipped with quick connection/release hinges for filter and tank cleaning.

Two optional kits are available for this professional vacuum cleaner which can be purchased separately.

Kit 51148 consists of an oil/metal shavings separator basket.

Kit 51108 includes accessories that broaden the machine’s capabilities, enabling it to vacuum liquid and solid dirt (after removal of the high-efficiency filter). The kit includes: a complete 2.5 m suction hose, a wide crevice nozzle, a round brush, a curved steel tube, a straight steel tube, a floor brush and a complete liquid brush.
In order to use the accessories in the kit with the vacuum cleaner, adapter 52362 must be purchased.
